Dear Esteemed Guests,

We are thrilled to bring you remarkable news - this year's White Ribbon Day event will take place in the U.S. Congress. This marks a significant milestone in our journey, as it signifies the first-ever collaborative event hosted on Capitol Hill, uniting the efforts of renowned organizations dedicated to creating programs and services to support victims and survivors of domestic violence, gender-based discrimination, harassment, and assault.

In addition to our long-standing partners, the US Department of Veterans Affairs, the National Association of Social Workers, and White Ribbon USA, we are delighted to announce the inclusion of four prestigious organizations in our cause. The American Psychological Association, the American Psychiatric Association, the American Counseling Association, and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy have joined forces with us. This collective effort underscores the importance and reach of our mission.

With immense enthusiasm, we extend a heartfelt invitation for you to join us at White Ribbon Day. Your presence and insights would be greatly appreciated. The event is scheduled for December 1st, 2023 10:30 am - 11:30 am, taking place within the Rayburn Building, in Room 2044. Your presence and engagement would hold profound significance for all participating organizations, as we acknowledge the remarkable impact you have had on our previous endeavors.

We have extended invitations to distinguished keynote speakers for White Ribbon Day, including Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, Dr. Anthony Estreet, CEO of the National Association of Social Workers, a Senior Official from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veronika Mudra, CEO of White Ribbon USA, Shawn Boynes, CEO of the American Counseling Association, and senior representatives from the American Psychological Association, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

White Ribbon Day will be expertly moderated by the accomplished journalist, Cristina Maza, Foreign Policy & Defense Correspondent at the National Journal.

Your involvement in White Ribbon Day is not just an honor; it's a vital contribution to the ongoing battle against domestic violence and gender-based discrimination. We eagerly await your response to info@whiteribbonusa.org and the prospect of your presence at this momentous event.

Warmest regards,
